This sea lion has a calm strength and proud posture that I really enjoyed knitting into form. I was inspired by watching sea lions bask in the sun, stretching tall toward the breeze. The subtle gradient works best with earth or sandy tones in DK yarn — perfect for larger projects where you want a bold, serene centerpiece.
